At Cascade Jewellery, we are committed to your satisfaction and take great care in  packaging our jewellery.

As an online only business, we offer exchanges only no refunds under the terms outlined below:

 

Exchange Only – No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange if the item meets the conditions listed below.

 

Exchange Conditions:
You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Items must be:

Unworn and in their original condition

Returned in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

 

Non-Exchangeable Items:
Custom, made-to-order, or engraved Jewellery

Items marked “Final Sale” or bought during clearance

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

 

How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at info@cascadejewellery.com.au within the exchange period

with your order number and reason for exchange.

If approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be issued a store credit or allowed to choose a replacement item of equal or greater value (any price difference must be paid).

 

Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

If the exchange is due to our error (e.g, incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
